Poor levels of care

My elderly relative was not looked after well here. They have ended up in hospital with sepsis from a Grade 3 bedsore. They had been unwell for a week and the staff did nothing. The overall care here was not good, my relative was not washed or kept clean. My relative was unable to feed themselves but they would not assist them. They did not encourage them to be mobile and use their walking frame which resulted in a decline in their mobility. Communication between staff and their residents is poor my relative was concerned they had broken their neck and the staff were adamant that they were saying they had broken a nail which was incorrect.
