Good infection control of flu/covid

The staff are excellent in containing any outbreaks of flu and covid. Families are kept well informed about changes to visiting etc but residents are still allowed visitors using correct PPE. I think they have handled difficult situations very well preventing the spread and minimising the impact on other residents and visitors.
