Good communication and good care

The care here is fantastic. I am happy with how my relative is cared for and treated by the staff. There are regular family meetings which we are invited to attend which is an opportunity to staff to go over the running of the care home and to keep us updated on training, events and activities. If family ever want to discuss the care and/or needs of our relative senior members of staff are always on hand to speak with us including the Manager. Leaving a loved one in the care of others is difficult but I really do see how dedicated and caring the staff are to residents here.
