Organised speedy service

Booked appointment for vaccination after message from my GP inviting me. I arrived a couple of minutes before my appointment time and was told to wait and you will be called when it is your turn as there was so many people there I thought it would be a while but bang on my appointment time I was called by a member of staff and told where to go and what to do I was in vaccinated and out in less than 5 minutes.
