Always been awesome

Some people don’t know how good they are, some surgeries u only get an appointment in a few weeks, not even a call back the same day.

It’s always so difficult to get through and there’s hardly ever any appointments if you don’t manage to ring bang on 8:30. Pre covid the only way to guarantee an appointment was to stand outside...difficult to do if you work full time! However, once you’ve battled to get an appointment the doctors and nurses always take the time to listen and provide good care.

They've stopped the online appointment bookings. I am on the school run at 8.30 every day and by the time I can call all appointments are taken. On the odd occasion I can call they are constantly engaged on the phone line. Bring back online booking system.

Rarely get appointments, never get regular check up with medication other than asthma check up. Communication not very good.

My usual drug had been removed from online repeat prescription and I was unable to get through on the phone to try and renew it. I went into the surgery at about 3pm. There was a big queue outside for the vaccine and a few people just inside. There was one other person at reception. I stood behind the makeshift barrier of chairs and had to shout my request across to the receptionist. She went away, spoke to the gp and came back to tell me it had been renewed. She then shouted " what about your fluoxetine, do you still want that??". Fluoxetone is an antidepressant. I'm a mental health professional in the NHS. I I do NOT want all and sundry to be told what medication I take or the state of my mental health. I was very embarrassed.

Unable to get an appointment tried multiple times over a few days and when I did get through was told to phone back after 2pm, surely there has to be a better way

Removed my young daughter and sent all her details to another practice. Apparently her name was similar to another child and they transferred the wrong child!!!
Once had to go cold turkey from a high dosage of Gabapentin due to not being able to obtain my next prescription. I have never been so ill in my life. Rude receptionist. Been trying to get an appointment for 4 weeks call and constantly told to call again in the afternoon or following day.

You phone at the times told to and the phone just keeps ringing the staff doing the covid jabs have it to a tee it’s great service just the reception let’s it down

I have a series of illnesses and mainly diabetes. I have had one of the Drs phone me every two weeks. Changing treatment etc.. Now been refered to a diabetic nurse. who along with the Dr and dietician i am making progress and at other times i have managed to get help. By either face to face or phone calls. I moved here from another surgery andi rate Bosworth the better practice
