Dreadful

Waited 45 mins on the phone to be told there are no more appointments. Then when we asked why the telephone message could not default to a 'no more available appointments today' rather than keeping people on the call, the response was 'try again tomorrow'. If you work and cannot call a second after the lines open, this surgery is not for you.

For the past year my consultant at the hospital has advised my gp to prescribe statin meds because of my cholesterol. My gp refuses as according to them I am not at risk even though my cholesterol is high and I am at risk due to family history of heart conditions.
Haven’t got an appointment since pre covid

Had an abcess couldn’t get into the drs ended up with cellulitis and sepsis which could have been prevented with antibiotics

My son his ill every month he got something on his tongue making him bad cough and still no body been see him

Can’t even blame covid for the lack of appointments as it was hard to get one prior to covid. Receptionists can be a bit rude and blunt at times and really lack empathy. However on the rare occasion that I do get an appointment the doctors are usually polite and try and deal with the situation

Have recently needed further investigation for health haven’t been contacted with update or anything took for me to ask during another appointment before getting feedback and then to get further investigation
