Difficult to see doctor, Am told that I can have a phone consultation and send pictures of my skin issues. Also had to wait too long before seeing hospital specialist.

No face to face appointment with GP is impossible. Too long to wait on the phone. Receptionist = gatekeeper very rude.

Positive - the surgery offers a lot of services and opening late for appointments on a Thursday evening.

I have lot of pain because of my medical conditions, I don't like when the reception ask personal questions and they want to give medical advice. I have been waiting for 2 years for for my other appointment.
the receptionist was rude

Useless and arrogant and made me feel unwelcome to the surgery. Ended up going to A&E

We were patients at Chester Rd before the merger. Now I wait for 30 mins for phone to be answered or can't get through. I live my life on hold as I am carer for 2 family members at the surgery. I miss my 2 regular doctors. Its like a really miserable lottery now.
The staff are very helpful and courteous

The doctors and staff are brilliant. The doctors have helped me so much and always point me in the right direction to help me with my illness. The receptionists are very courteous and always willing to help
