Bosworth Medical Centre

Been pretty good to be fair. Fitted us in, a lot of doctors aren't bothered but they are happy to see you.
The only issue is the waiting time. One day, it took 45 minutes for answering the phone and had to wait for that long.

I was referred by my regular GP physio for physio treatment at Bosworth medical centre. I was not provided with any medication to aid with the pain and I am still awaiting for an appointment from the physio to treatment.

I don't understand why I have to go back and forth for my prescription and blood test results. They can post it to me at least with me going there.

It was very difficult for me to finally get appointment for my operation but 2 weeks to the date I was told it has been cancelled again. I have been chasing after it for months and no one is giving me any further information not even my GP.

My health has been well recently because I have had support from mental health charities. But the GP is so out of touch. It takes weeks before I can get a phone call back.

It has been very difficult to get any support from the GP recently. The phone is always busy, I don't have time to wait as I have to work. When I go there without appointment, the receptionist tells to call before coming.

I was experiencing anxiety and depression just few months ago because of my job lose and not knowing to do. I phone the GP and wanted to speak with them about my issues, The reception told me to call 111 if its serious or I have to wait for the doctor to phone me. I did not wait and I self referred and I got the support I needed from a charity group.

Hi have been struggling with substance misuse and alcohol, I had some sort of advice from the GP but they did nothing much to help me. The GP just wanted to put me on medication but I wanted to use therapy and not medicines. They never referred me to any support network. I had to seek it for myself.

I have lost confidence in the medical professionals, they are not caring nor empathetic. The receptionists are the worse because they are rude and arrogant. Never giving a thought on how I feel.

The GP referred me to the royal orthopedic hospital for my knee operation.
