Good doctors and lovely staff

Overall this service is very good. The doctors are good at what they do and the admin staff are lovely. I also find it quite easy to get appointments for my children.

I have no problems getting appointments and the doctors are fine. The receptionists aren't that helpful though as they sometimes just walk away when you are stood there.
Helpful doctors but rubbish sorting appointments

While the doctors are helpful they are rubbish overall. I can't get an appointment, they just tell you to keep calling back.
Poor communication around results

I have been waiting to hear results from them for a while now. I kept pressing option 2 on the phones and then getting cut off. I have had to chase them up multiple times. The first time the doctor was not in and the second time they said my results still needed to be reviewed. I then just got a text message with the results.

They are better than my last surgery. If I need an appointment I can usually get one. I was on the phone to them for 45 minutes recently but after discussing my issue a little they got me booked in. The doctors are all okay too and are always nice when I speak to them.
Could do more to help access

Accessing appointments can be difficult and while some of the reception staff are helpful they could definitely do better.
A rubbish GP service

They are rubbish. It is a real job to try and get through on the phone, it takes about 40 minutes. Appointments are normally with locums who don't know your history. They do their best to get you in but it's with associates or other staff who can't prescribe. Communication is also a real issue. I have recently been having issues with repeat prescriptions. The receptionist told me that they can't help and I have to go through the pharmacy.
