The midwife here provides excellent care and is so friendly. She makes sure to keep in touch and is easy to reach if I have any problems or concerns.

I have been visiting the hub at the weekend for wound dressings. The service has been good, the staff and nurses have been great.

I recently attended a general check up and the care from the nurse was okay. One of the receptionists here can be quite abrupt and seems to think she owns the place. There can be a 3 week wait for appointments which is very frustrating.

I had an appointment booked for 2pm regarding issues with my circulation but I thought it was at 2:20pm. When I arrived they refused to see me and told me that I needed to book another appointment. I always have to wait for a long time to be seen anyway so I'm sure they could have still fit me in. This is made even worse by the fact that I am disabled and had to pay for a taxi to attend the appointment.

I have no complaints about this service. I can usually get an appointment when I need one and the reception staff are polite and helpful.

The asthma nurse here is very good. She checked my records and queried some bloodwork. She then said I needed to come back tomorrow and booked me in immediately. A very good service.

I have no complaints about the surgery, I find the doctors are very good.

I was found to have a high PSA and needed to be seen as soon as possible around Christmas. Despite this I couldn't get an appointment and was told to phone the hospital instead.

In the 6 months since I moved to this service I have never had a problem. I am always able to get an appointment and the doctors and nurses are brilliant. The reception staff are also very helpful and friendly.

I got an appointment for my young child today easily enough. I never have a problem getting appointments for my children and the receptionist is lovely on the phone. The doctors here are also good.
