Bosworth Medical Centre

I recently had to go in and sort out errors on my repeat prescription. The receptionist was really helpful and got it sorted. I had A bit of a wait for the doctor's approval but he was with a patient so got it sorted as quick as he could. It's a good surgery overall, I don't have problems getting appointments when I need them and the doctors are good. The nurse practitioners are good too.

Today I got straight through and got an appointment but I've struggled in the past. I asked them for a referral recently but I've not heard anything so I've had to come in and ask them again so I can get that reassurance.

They're alright it's just the location as it's a long way for me to travel. Otherwise I wouldn't mind being given appointments here.

They're not very good. The communication is poor and it's difficult to get appointments. The receptionists are very moody and don't seem very understanding. Some of the doctors are good and some are not really. You don't get to see a regular doctor, you see a different one every time. The wait times to see them are too long too.

They have been pretty good. The staff are really helpful and polite and after engaging with the nurses recently I can say they are too. Whenever I've needed to see the doctors they've been good too.

It is difficult getting through on the phone to book an appointment. I have to go in early in the morning instead just to get one. Otherwise you can be on the phone for almost an hour with no result. I have been struggling with my condition and this makes it difficult to get advice and treatment. The doctors are awesome when you get to see them. They all listen and communicate effectively.

Access to general appointments is not a problem but queues for blood tests can be long which has led to me getting turned away before. The care depends on which doctor you see as some of them don't listen. They've missed a chest infection in the past and some have created issues getting my ADHD medication.

They are fine, I don't have any problems with them.

I am new to the practice and have only just registered by I made an appointment with no issues.

My experience of Bosworth Medical Centre was very good. I attended as a podiatry patient and underwent a minor procedure here. It all went very well. The service and staff were great.
