Pretty Awful

I was running low on my contraceptive pill so called for a prescription. I was told I couldn't have it without a pill check. I went on to tell them which days I could do around my full time job only to be told "oh you misunerstand we aren't doing pill checks". Not sure how I could misunderstand but ok! Asked again for the prescription to be told no as needed a pill check!! Where do we go from here?! I need something I'm willing to do that they won't offer due to covid but I can't have what I need until this thing they don't do is done!! After much wasted time on the phone trying to understand it she just issued the prescription to be signed and ready within a few days! I wonder how many rogue pregnancies there will be!!
