Very poor can hardly ever get through

Hard to get through if you do receptionist doesn’t let you book to speak to doctor. I was referred apparently for urgent chest X-ray 24/02 still not heard anything 14/04 receptionist gave me previous results I had to put a complaint into the surgery to get an explanation of my results. Last week I called for a review of medication receptionist said lady that does reviews is on holiday I will authorise an extra month. I feel Receptionists at this surgery do more than the doctors which is wrong as they are not medical professionals
