Awful experience with unhelpful receptionists

Arrived and booked in on the computer system. Noticed about 30 minutes later that a few people who arrived after me were called into the room that it had stated I was going to be seen in. Approached the receptionists, had to queue. I was told I would be next in after that patient. Noted at that point that the self check-in was no longer working. Sat there for another 20 minutes. Watched the patient leave the room and no one was called in. Had to go back up to reception, had to queue again. Staff all disappeared. Ended up approaching the desk and asking for help. Explained that I had been there an hour at this point and that everyone had come and gone while I'd been waiting. They were not interested and were not helpful. Just said my appointment was in another room. I asked why. I got no explanation, no apology and quite honestly was fuming at the awful awful service!
