Problems with prescriptions and appointments

The phone lines are very busy, the receptionists are not very helpful either. I have recently experienced some problems with my repeat prescription. Prescription was put in in plenty of time. When I went to the pharmacist they said they had not had it so I had to go back to the doctors and ask them to send it again. They said they have but I am concerned that I am going to go to the pharmacy and they will say they still do not have it. I have lost confidence that the doctors will do what they say they will. They have told me that I need a medication review (via text message) but I have been unable to book one, which is a concern.
