Bosworth Medical Centre



The booking system puts me off

I have not sought medical advice for a long time because I find the booking appointment so stressful. It gives me anxiety just thinking about it. Trying to get through on the phone, being on hold for a long time. If you get a call back from a doctor waiting for that call is hard. I have been persuaded by family members to book an appointment for today. I was not offered an appointment at Bosworth Medical Centre but they gave me an appointment at the Chester Road surgery. This is not a problem as long as I have enough notice and time to get there. I live very close to Bosworth Medical Centre so travelling further away is a little inconvenient.
