It feels like I have to wait forever to get help with my depression.

Privacy doesn't exist within this service. I contacted them for help, now all of my family and neighbours know. They do not care that they could damage your life further. The executive board are a disgrace and it filters down. Executive meetings are online, but you can't hear them. If you complain they try to come after you. I wouldn't even recommend them as a last resort!

There is clearly a problem with the culture here. They treat people like they do not matter. Management is the worst I have ever seen, in any industry, by a long way.

I have received a significant lack of mental health support over the last few years. I have been on medication for my PTSD for years with no other treatment options offered.

I was very pleased with all the support I got from all the staff. I was treated with respect and dignity. I am getting better by day and with the continue support I will overcome my mental illness.

I have been going through a really difficult time and unfortunately I started drinking a little bit more. But now I am doing better with my mental health thanks to the amazing staff and the support from everyone.

I have been using this service for more than 3 years and it has helped me throughout my struggle with my mental health. I want to thank all the doctors and support staff.

I struggled over the years with my mental health. After a long battle with self-harm I was referred to the hospital and now I feel great. I use other charities like MHM and they also helped me a lot.

It took a while before I was referred to UHB mental heath clinic, but once I was there I was looked after and supported. Everyone here was amazing. My mental health has improved.

The support I received from all the health care staff was brilliant.
