Awful service with a number of major issues

This service is awful. I have been a patient since I was seven years old and for many years now I have been unable to get an appointment. There are long queues both on the phone and in person and the receptionists can be rude. I don't agree with the fact that I have to tell them what my issue is to get through to a doctor. My medication is regularly provided incorrectly with important medications not being included when I pick them up. I have managed to make 5 appointments recently and when I turned up they had no record of any of them. I have ended up having to go private for a lot of things as I have a number of long standing illnesses and can never get in here.
