Poor communication and can't get appointments

During a home visit the doctor spoke down to me throughout. It has been hard to get an appointment, my wife has tried to phone them multiple times and has had no luck. I have lost a lot of weight due to persistent issues with my throat and was referred to a dietician in January but haven't heard anything and it's only getting worse.
