Poor care and rude staff

My experience has been awful at this surgery. I have not been seen face to face since before covid. I have mental health conditions, diabetes and asthma, I had no medication reviews, no diabetes check ups and my asthma review was done over the telephone. I asked for help with weight management and I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I do not feel like the doctors listened to me or cared. The reception staff were rude and unhelpful. I was made to feel like a burden for asking for an appointment, and on many occasions was told that it was my own fault for not calling earlier. Calling when the phone lines opened did not help, as you still could not get through. I felt belittled by the attitude of the staff. Overall my experience has been absolutely awful here and I made the decision to change GPs. I would not recommend this surgery.
