Yearly Diabetic Check Up

I have a yearly check up with a diabetic nurse. It goes well and the surgery always contact me to arrange it.

Experience is perfect and I have no issue. I hardly every have to go to the doctors.
We have been lucky with the GP. We received the help we needed with filling in an vaccination form when it was required.
I am happy with the trainee doctors as long as I get seen.
I popped in over the covid and the staff were brilliant.

They answer the phone & appointments are available

They always answer the phone quickly. They are polite & helpful. The doctors are great and use common sense. I love this practice!

Have experienced as near 'normal service' as is possible within the circumstances. Had 2 operations and a follow up procedure within the usual perameters.

From the Drs to the Nurses to the receptionists. All are excellent and professional. Never a problem getting appointments. Really hope this practice stays independent and doesn't form a partnership like others have done. It has a feel of a community surgery with continuity of care. Impossible to get that with a partnership.

Support services are well organised and available. Appointments at non-peak times very good.
