Not the best dental experience

Started off fine for first two or three years. I needed to have some treatment which left me a bit upset and my dentist did not thoroughly explain how long it would take. They seemed a bit complacent and I felt that my dentist wasn’t bothered how I felt. I was getting messed around and treatment was taking so long that I decided to change dentist and I am a lot happier. I have heard similar stories about this particular dentist from other people too. Overall I feel he didn’t care about his patients. Saying that, the receptionists were friendly and helpful.

The treatment I received from this service was excellent. They are very thorough and highlighted problems that were never picked up by my previous dentist.

This service is great and they are really good with nervous patients. The dentist and staff were lovely and really put me at ease.

I had been with them for over 40 years. They then removed us from their (NHS) books when they went fully private and wouldn’t even treat the kids unless I went private. It appears they are now accepting NHS patients again but any trust is gone. If they’ve done it once, they’ll do it again.

I needed to get my gum and back teeth checked and when I called they said there are no NHS dental treatments available. So if I wanted to get any thing done, I have to pay for it.

I can not register because I am a refugee and I can not understand english properly. They do not have interpreters

My dentist wrote to me to say they are not having NHS patients anymore. I have to sign-up to another dentist. They could have moved me over to another dental practice.
