Poor

You can’t get an appointment without phoning on the day so no consideration to those who work. They say open until 8pm but try and get the last appointment. Never seen same dr twice, a lot of staff work part time and only from certain surgeries on certain days or have specialisms so can’t see certain people- total nightmare, lack of consistency and no medical oversight of you. They don’t read your notes before appointment and I’ve even had my symptoms googled !!! They now have the monopoly in Solihull so reduces my choices as a patient. Lack of investment in patient care. I’ve been moved to be in the books at Grove road with no consultation or consent. It’s a do to you approach of leadership no consideration to patient care or consultation.
