We want to know the experiences of BSL users when accessing health and social care
Healthwatch Solihull act as the voice of the public in the delivery of health and social care services. We use feedback from the public about their experiences of using services and use that feedback to influence service providers and commissioners to improve services.
On this occasion Healthwatch Solihull are undertaking a project to understand the experiences of Deaf people in accessing BSL interpretation services when they attend appointments at their GP or the local hospitals.
This survey is anonymous and we will not ask for you to give us your personal details to take part in the survey. Your answers will be used with other responses to the survey to write a report that will be shared with the commissioners and providers of services. The report will also be published on the Healthwatch Solihull website.
