This year’s report comes at a time when the future of Healthwatch nationally has been called into question. We believe that now, more than ever, an independent voice for patients and the public is essential to a fair and accountable health and social care system.
Through our reports, investigations, and collaborative work with providers and commissioners, we’ve shown how listening to the people of Solihull leads to real, lasting change.
