Long waiting times and no appointments
I struggle to get appointments. you are waiting 2 weeks for an appointment when you do manage to speak to a staff for an appointment dependent on your conditions. The waiting time on the phone is too long and there is no call back feature The communication is not good and they do not keep patients informed. the receptionist can be abrupt. The GP are ok. Positive - they do take children seriously and will see them face to face. They will offer appointments for children straight away. The service has started to get better slowly.
