Complicated process
I had to call on behalf of my husband who has dementia and was unwell. I had to go through the recorded messages, then I had to go through all the questions again with a call handler. I was told that someone would call me but after waiting a lengthy time no one had called. I called back and they were adamant that I had missed their call. I definitely had not as I had no missed calls on my phone. After going through all the questions again they finally made arrangements for a doctor to make a home visit to treat my husband.
