No availability of appointments when required
I was told to ring for appointment at 8am. Eventually phone started ringing at 10am however I was 40 in the queue. When I rang at 8AM the phone was not ringing and was saying that the queue was full. I did manage to get a face-to-face appointment because I know the GP/ Appointment was for a week later from the initial call made as the Dr only works certain days. Then the receptionist answer they are fine. The call center has issue with staffing and wonder if it's to do with fund cutting.
