Deplorable due to Front Line staff
Obnoxious front line staff, office manager is also Obnoxious though only through correspondence as she is never available to speak with. I have 5 yrs of Deplorable behaviour/treatment from the front line staff from refusing to arrange for my 2 week old to be seen ASAP, to being lied to about repeat prescriptions for a serious health issue to being told that 'It is not our problem' when asked what I was meant to do without any medication and what the consequences were for not taking the medication. They are in my opinion unorganised, unprofessional and without doubt unqualified to be advising the surgeries clients regarding health issues. What they seem to not understand is that WE are their Clients they are not providing a free of charge service out of the kindness of their hearts, the NHS which they are not pay the Surgery a monthly fee per registered patient whether they attend the surgery or not therefore the Patients via the Tax we pay, pays their wages which is something that I believe they should take into consideration when dealing with the Patients/Clients. If my staff or I spoke to or had this Deplorable attitude with the business I am employed by we would be reprimanded and would most definitely loose our Clients.
