Just can't get through on the phone!!!
Last week I spent 40 minutes on the phone in a queue, I Was 7th in queue to start with. Receptionist eventually answered only to be told there were no appointments available to book with the GP that deals with hrt! Told to ring back Thursday morning 8 30am which I did. Was position 9 in the queue, 20 mins later was only at position 6, I Gave up then. Its sad as I've been with this practice 20+ years and it used to be excellent, now sadly it is hopeless. I hate to think if you needed something urgently how you would get on. I wouldn't be surprised if they were responsible for severe illness in some as they, like me, would give up trying to get through. This needs addressing urgently before someone dies while waiting!!!!
