Difficult to get appointments
I’m next of kin (son) who arranges doctors visits etc for a vulnerable adult. I live 30/40 minutes drive away. - the appointment service they offer is extremely limited and hard to access. I have had to argue to obtain an appointment time - suitable for both my mother and I - no blood pressure service available at the surgery - long wait times on telephone - call back service for appointments only rings 3 times- that’s 3 rings on the phone - so their phone cuts out before one has entered the 6 digit pass number on a mobile phone I’ve found the doctors to be very helpful both in 121 and telephone appointments. Fortunately I use a different health care practice in Warwickshire who provide a far far superior service to GPS.
