Poor health care provision and processes
When I contact the surgery for an appointment, they should not be keeping me on the phone for long. When they provide a call back, no time is given and as a result you cannot go anywhere. They need to provide a time to make people aware. Doctors need to explain how they can assess over the phone for a condition i.e. breathing difficulties as that normally requires me to do a breathing test. It is hard to diagnose for a condition if face to face assessment is required. I have Hearing impairment and arthritis and this can be an issue.
