Holding on the phone with Arthritis.
When I contact the surgery to book an appointment, i am having to wait a long time on the phone. I am on hold from 30mins - 1 hour. The surgery provides a call back service before 12pm however no time is specified. This affects me when I need to plan when I am going out. The service is not bad but experiences are different each time depending who you speak to. The surgery needs to fully open up. Staff are friendly and I find them okay. Lately the surgery has not been so bad and they do follow up with appointments.
