It used to be hard to get an appointment, but is is now much better. I can just phone up and book an appointment. The staff are excellent.

I was referred here for physiotherapy. The sessions have gone very well, and my condition has improved. I have been very happy with the treatment received.

Getting an appointment is very difficult. The phone lines are always busy and I feel very uncomfortable having to disclose my problems to the receptionist. It is also very difficult to see a female GP, which I prefer. I have a mental health condition and suffer from anxiety, which I feel impacts the care I receive from the doctors. I do not feel like they listen to me but instead put all my symptoms down to me having anxiety. I worry that they are going to miss something serious.

The doctors here are great but the difficulty is getting to speak to or see one. The surgery lacks consistency, the phone lines are always busy and if you are fortunate enough to get through queuing takes a very long time. The online booking system never works properly and I have never been able to book this way.

I have never had any problems at the surgery. I can always manage to get an appointment and have always been happy with the service and care received.

I find it hard to get an appointment which lets the surgery down because when you get to see a doctor they are very good.

I ordered my prescription and I asked my husband to pick it up at the pharmacy. He got there and was told that it was not ready and to come back tomorrow. Went back and still not ready and these are my blood pressure tablets. Why are they delaying it when it should be straight forward.

My prescriptions are always delayed and I have to chase it up with the GP. And also the wordy instructions and the letter makes it hard for me to read.

Difficult to get an appointment. Why do we have to phone on the day at 8:30 and wait for 25 mins or more on the phone? I had been visiting the surgery to get a repeat prescription and to make an appointment then - as you used to be able to do.
