Dreadful service
Next to impossible to get a call answered never mind an appointment. COPD check up to 2 years out of date-new system we will call you on your next birthday, online bookings & prescription ordering not working. How much longer can GPS get away with the Covid excuse. I work in healthcare-face to face & no time off for Covid, surely they have a duty of care as a public service. Poor reception staff take the brunt of management bad decisions.
