Croft Medical Centre

Impossible to speak to doctor

Phoned doctors after 45 minutes on hold gave up,spoke to pharmacist at chemist was told I needed to see a doctor,called into surgery,receptionist said no phone appointments and to phone the following morning,tried phoning following morning gave up after nearly an hour on hold,I phoned 111 yes I had to wait,but someone phoned me back and I was given an appointment at the badger clinic at hurst lane,castle Bromwich,they were very good and helpful,I had an infection in my leg which the doctor said needed strong antibiotics.
