Overreliance on medication

I have received a significant lack of mental health support over the last few years. I have been on medication for my PTSD for years with no other treatment options offered.
Supportive during mental illness

I was very pleased with all the support I got from all the staff. I was treated with respect and dignity. I am getting better by day and with the continue support I will overcome my mental illness.

Great care for my mental health

I struggled over the years with my mental health. After a long battle with self-harm I was referred to the hospital and now I feel great. I use other charities like MHM and they also helped me a lot.
Long waiting time for referral

It took a while before I was referred to UHB mental heath clinic, but once I was there I was looked after and supported. Everyone here was amazing. My mental health has improved.

It was a struggle at the beginning, but with time I received a great support from all the care workers who were involve in my case, my mental health has improved.

Psychologist was very good. I have treatment with him.
Have been going to him for 13 years but when he retired, I had to get another referral from my GP. System had got damaged so had to be re-referred every 3 months. Made it too difficult. I was then recommended Solihull Mind. No longer use the mental health services.

Rang for help with not sleeping duty officer

Duty officer at Newington mhc was very rude to me. I needed help with not sleeping, I'm 62 years and have metal health issues.
