No compassion, tries to hard sell treatments

Talks down to patients, always cancelling appointments last minute but when they don't they're never on time or anywhere near it. £'s more important than patient.
Service is exemplary from all staff

I have attended this clinic for 46 years, some personnel have changed over that time but the ethos remains the same: to provide excellence in all aspects of care.
